Konica Minolta has introduced the most advanced end-to-end SMART-factory digital
production lines ever showcased to the public at drupa. Alongside MGI, Konica Minolta is
featuring over 30 live running machines and more than 20 European premieres. These
demonstrations highlight how toner and inkjet technologies seamlessly complement each
other in the future print room.
One of the standout systems at drupa is Konica Minolta’s next-generation HS-UV Inkjet
Press, the AccurioJet 60000, making its global debut. This flagship model builds on the
quality and technology of the AccurioJet KM-1e series, further developed to maximize
customer value and enhance usability. The AccurioJet 60000 impressively produces 6,000
sheets per hour (sph) and offers double-sided printing capabilities in a single pass, ensuring
both versatility and efficiency. Its combination of high speeds and exceptional image quality,
aided by Konica Minolta's inline sensors and spectrophotometer technology for continuous
quality control, makes it a highlight of the show.
Another world premiere at drupa is Konica Minolta’s AccurioPress C84hc press, which uses
high chroma toner to consistently print bright, vivid colors. It stands as the world’s only
platform utilizing a new toner that is free from the color gamut limitations of ordinary toners.
This press targets commercial printers, design houses, advertising agencies, corporates,
and brands.
Also on display are Konica Minolta's award-winning toner systems, including the
AccurioPress C14000e toner press for high-volume production and the AccurioLabel 400.
The AccurioLabel 400, part of a single-pass portfolio, has already achieved over 1,500 sales
worldwide. These systems have reinforced Konica Minolta’s reputation as a leading force in
digital printing, making significant strides in commercial and industrial markets with both
inkjet and toner technologies. |
