As per a decision taken by the Board of Directors and the organizing team, the Brussels Book Fair 2022 has been cancelled.
A press release from the organising committee said, “The appearance of a new variant of covid, the current health restrictions and the lack of visibility on the health situation in three months do not ensure that we can accommodate a sufficient public and number of exhibitors in optimal safety conditions. in March 2022. Faced with so many uncertainties, it is with infinite regret and sadness that we are forced to postpone the next edition of the Brussels Book Fair.”
“The health of our exhibitors, authors, visitors and employees is essential and the current conditions do not allow us to organize this event in all serenity, in the spirit of conviviality and hospitality that characterizes us.”
