Labelexpo Southeast Asia returns to Bangkok

Labelexpo Southeast Asia returned to Bangkok, Thailand in February this year after postponements in 2020 and 2022. It was the biggest label and package printing event in the region, attracting 7,934 attendees from 62 countries.

Jade Grace, Labelexpo Portfolio Director, commented,“Labelexpo Southeast Asia is a unique show, covering this dynamic region which focuses on the greatest growth area within print. The momentum running up to the show has been fantastic, confirming the appetite the region has for seeing new technology and chasing efficiencies in this dynamic industry.”

This year’s edition featured more than 170 exhibitors from across the label and packaging supply chain.

“There’s a lot of machinery, and we’re thrilled to receive positive feedback. The exhibitors are seeing a lot of international visitors, which we’re pleased about because we’ve invested massively into marketing in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Malaysia, and it’s nice to see that our efforts are translated on the show floor” adds Grace.

Among the exhibitors, Konica Minolta unveiled its AccurioLabel 400 5-color digital label press. Durst showcased its Tau RSC E 330 5c, an entry-level introduction to Durst’s Tau RSC technology. Flora brought its J-330S, a compact 5-color digital UV inkjet machine with Epson print heads. The Chinese company launched this new model a year and a half ago, and already has 50 installations in China, India, Thailand, Malaysia and Russia.
