COPL Digital, a new venture and digital arm of Udaipur-based COPL Print O Pack, is poised
to revolutionize the digital printing market. Embracing this new direction, the company has
invested in a state-of-the-art PixelGlow machine, an advanced spot UV and foiling system.
This fully automated machine, manufactured in India by Monotech Systems Limited,
represents a significant step forward for COPL Digital.
Since its inception in 2019, COPL Print O Pack has excelled in delivering seamless
packaging solutions to major corporate brands across various market sectors, including
pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, electronics, and retail.
Mohak Chaudhary, Director, COPL Digital Pvt Ltd. says, “Began with offset printing, then
packaging, and now digital printing, we have come a long journey in business which was
started 50 years ago. Our father Shri Hansraj Choudhary, who is second generation in the
business and an industry veteran with 40 years of experience, passed on these new COPL
entities to us.”
“Certainly, beyond offset printing and packaging conversion, it’s now our turn to be
established in digital printing. In this, our mission is to introduce a franchise model of
regional units to be opened in tier-II cities across India. Ultimate idea of this model is to tieup
with new partners in new geographies who can come to us, discuss over a cup of coffee
for end-to-end digital printing solutions and move forward further,” explains Digvijay
Choudhary, also Director in the company.
At COPL Digital, key machines such as the Ricoh Pro C7500 and Ricoh Pro 8320S
complement the innovative PixelGlow, all supplied and installed by Monotech Systems.
Mohak highlights the capabilities of the Ricoh Pro C7500, an advanced and newly launched
model, stating, "The Ricoh Pro C7500 is fully packed with advanced features that meet our
overall requirement to maintain quality and standard in graphic prints." He further adds,
"Additionally, we have the PixelGlow to enhance prints with outstanding graphic effects and
textures like never before."
PixelGlow, one of the flagship products of Monotech Systems, is designed to embellish
bespoke and brilliant graphics with tangible dimensions. This machine, dedicated to spot UV
and foiling applications, turns imagination into reality.
With a collective team of 150 staff, COPL Digital is engaging in printing and production of
superbly embellished products like marketing collaterals, fliers, fancy cards, corporate
brochures, among others.
