Arrow Digital has launched its latest innovation, the ArrowJet Hybrid M Pro+, a modular
platform that integrates digital inkjet and flexographic printing to deliver exceptional
versatility, customization, and performance for the label and flexible packaging sectors.
Powered by Memjet’s advanced inkjet technology, the ArrowJet Hybrid M Pro+ achieves
impressive 1600×1600 dpi resolution at speeds up to 195 feet per minute, with a 12.75-inch
print width. This system includes four flexographic stations—White, Primer, Matte Varnish,
and Gloss Varnish—and cold foiling capabilities, allowing for a premium finish in a single
pass.
In cosmetics and personal care, the white ink enables vibrant designs on dark or transparent
packaging, while the primer enhances ink adhesion, ensuring lasting quality. The matte and
gloss varnishes provide luxurious tactile finishes, and cold foiling adds a striking metallic effect, enhancing the overall aesthetic.
For food and beverage packaging, the combination of primer and varnishes ensures
durability and clarity on challenging materials, while also enabling clear window designs with
a high-end feel.
In the wine and spirits sector, the use of white ink, varnishes, and metallic foiling creates
sophisticated, standout labels that convey a sense of luxury and refinement.
Sam Patel, CEO and MD of Arrow Digital Pvt. Ltd., shared his views about the new launch,
“We are thrilled to introduce the ArrowJet Hybrid M Pro+, which combines the best of
both digital and flexographic printing in a single, powerful system. This technology is
designed to help converters and brands alike enhance production efficiency, while offering
greater creative freedom with inline options like varnishing and cold glue foiling. It’s a gamechanger
for industries looking to stand out with premium packaging, all while
maintaining cost efficiency and sustainability through the use of water-based pigment
inks that comply with Nestlé and Swiss standards.” |
