Domino India has achieved a major milestone in its digital journey with the first-ever sale of
the Domino N730i digital label press in India. The announcement was made on the opening
day of Label Expo Barcelona, at Domino’s booth, marking a defining moment for both the
company and the Indian label industry.
This state-of-the-art 1200 DPI press is set to transform label production in the country. The
pioneering customer, one of India’s most respected converters, based in western India, will
be revealed after installation in December 2025. Operating from two modern plants with
eight flexo presses, the company serves leading brands in the industrial, lubricants,
pharmaceutical, health, and beauty sectors, excelling in in-mould and self-adhesive labels.
By adopting the N730i, the converter gains the agility to manage short to medium runs,
delivering personalized, high-impact labels for both established and emerging brands.
Already experienced with Domino’s K600i monochrome inkjet, they are now embracing fullcolour
variable data printing, unlocking faster turnarounds, reduced inventory, and improved
SKU management for their brand-owner clients.
