Domino India commemorated three decades of operations with a landmark five-day
employee summit at the Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar. Drawing over 350 employees
from across the country, the gathering ranked among the largest internal events in the
company’s history.
The summit celebrated Domino India’s growth into a leading provider of coding, marking,
and industrial printing solutions, built on innovation, customer trust, and operational
excellence. The milestone was further reinforced by a strong financial performance in FY25,
reflecting sustained market leadership.
Beyond celebration, the event served as a strategic alignment platform. Sessions covered
digital transformation, AI-led innovation, customer segmentation, and product roadmap
presentations tailored to the Indian market. Attendees also received a preview of Domino
India’s 2026 innovation pipeline, which included the Cx150i Oil high-resolution piezo inkjet
printer, GX Pro industrial thermal inkjet printer, Ux-360i UV laser coder, and N-410 digital
label press, solutions designed to meet the evolving demands of modern manufacturing.
Reflecting on the milestone, Tanuj Agrawal, Managing Director, Domino India, said,
“Completing 30 years in India is a proud and defining moment for all of us at Domino. Our
journey has been shaped by the trust of our customers, the strength of our partnerships, and
the dedication of our people – Built by People, Driven by Innovation. Achieving a stronger
financial performance in FY25 is a significant milestone that reflects the collective effort of
our teams across the country. As we move forward, we remain committed to driving
innovation, embracing digital transformation, and delivering greater value to our customers.
The energy and unity witnessed at this event truly reflect the strength of the One Domino
India spirit.”
Employee recognition formed a central part of the programme, with awards and appreciation
ceremonies honoring those who have driven the company’s success. Leadership
development sessions, live product demonstrations, and team-building workshops led by
external experts further reinforced Domino India’s commitment to people development.
Cultural engagements drawing on Rajasthan’s rich heritage added a unifying dimension to
the experience, fostering a shared sense of purpose across teams.
As Domino India enters its fourth decade, the summit reaffirmed its focus on collaboration,
innovation, and empowering its people to navigate the opportunities ahead with confidence.
