Fujifilm India has inaugurated its first “Revoria Experience Centre” in Faridabad, Delhi-NCR,
marking a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to India’s growing commercial
printing market. The facility will serve as a strategic hub for high-value print validation and
professional skills development, supporting printing businesses as they adapt to rapidly
evolving customer demands.
At the launch, Fujifilm India also unveiled the Revoria Press PC2120, the flagship model in
its Revoria Press lineup for high-end professional printing. Building on its predecessor’s
capabilities, the PC2120 introduces advanced AI-driven automation, including intelligent prepress
optimization and real-time print monitoring. A key highlight is its expanded colour
gamut, achieved through a newly developed green toner paired with pink, enabling stable
one-pass six-color printing for vivid, RGB-like color reproduction. An enhanced specialty
toner range further broadens creative possibilities across a wide spectrum of commercial
print applications.
The launch comes at a pivotal moment for India’s printing industry. Economic growth and an
expanding middle class are shifting priorities from low-cost output toward quality and added
value, driving strong demand for premium printed materials, from promotional collateral and
packaging to high-quality photobooks. Digital quick printers and photobook specialists are
under increasing pressure to handle diverse substrates and deliver sophisticated, high-value
finishes.
Emphasizing Fujifilm’s focus on supporting India’s growing digital print ecosystem, Hiroshi
Kida, Corporate Vice President and Director General Manager, Graphic Communication
Division, said, “India is one of the most dynamic and promising markets for digital printing,
driven by growing demand for high-quality, customized, and value-added print applications.
The Revoria Experience Centre has been established to support this growth by enabling
customers to experience Fujifilm’s latest production print technologies, expand paper
compatibility, and unlock new possibilities in specialty color and premium printing. We
believe this center will play an important role in strengthening customer capabilities and
contributing to the sustainable growth of India’s printing industry.”
Koji Wada, Managing Director, Fujifilm India, said, “At Fujifilm India, we are committed to
delivering innovative products and solutions that embody our Group purpose of ‘Giving our
world more smiles. The opening of the Revoria Experience Centre in Faridabad along with
launch of the Revoria Press PC2120, featuring advanced AI-driven automation while
simplifying complex work, is a significant step in this direction, as it brings advanced digital
printing technologies closer to customers in India. Through this facility, we aim to help print
businesses explore new applications, validate diverse media, enhance print quality, and
create greater value for the end customers.”
The Experience Centre addresses these needs through four core functions: hands-on
evaluation of the latest production printer technologies with specialist support; operator
training to stabilize print quality and maximize equipment utilization; designer development
programs to strengthen creative and technical proposal skills; and accessible photobook
printing experiences for those without specialist expertise.
Fujifilm’s Revoria Press series has earned global recognition for its specialty toners including
high-gloss gold and silver and its ability to handle challenging substrates such as embossed
papers and films, making it a strong fit for design-intensive, high-impact applications.
Priyatosh Kumar, Associate Director and Head of Graphic Communications & Device
Technology, Fujifilm India said “As the digital penetration continues to increase in India it
becomes critical to help enable local media suppliers and work for their product compatibility
on digital machines. It also would serve as a training ground for operator related trainings
and knowledge sharing. This Experience Centre is an effort in that regard. It acknowledges
the need to have a local platform to enable expansion of digital printing applications in India.”
With this facility, Fujifilm India aims to translate that global expertise into tangible
opportunities for local printing businesses, helping them expand their offerings, improve
productivity and compete in a quality-driven market.
