Geeta Flex becomes first in Saharanpur to install Konica Minolta AccurioShine 3600

Saharanpur-based Geeta Flex has installed a Konica Minolta AccurioShine 3600, becoming the first print business in the Saharanpur belt to operate the digital print enhancement system and gaining a competitive edge in a market where such finishing capabilities were not previously available locally.

The installation strengthens Geeta Flex’s short-run production capabilities and expands its portfolio of print enhancement services for a growing B2B and retail customer base. The company’s decision to invest in the AccurioShine 3600 was also influenced by its positive experience with the Konica Minolta AccurioPress 12000, which it has been operating successfully prior to this addition.

Founded in 2006 by Manu, whose father established a printing business in 1980, Geeta Flex has undergone significant transformation over the years. Manu modernised the legacy operation by introducing computerised printing technology to replace conventional letterpress printing, a move that improved efficiency, broadened the company’s service portfolio, and established Geeta Flex as a strong presence in the Saharanpur printing industry. Today the company employs around 15 professionals, with B2B customers accounting for approximately 75% of its business and retail making up the remainder. Alongside its Konica Minolta machines, the company also operates Yaselan and Gongzheng eco-solvent systems to serve a diverse range of print requirements.

Manu said the investment was a deliberate strategic move. “We chose to invest in the Konica Minolta AccurioShine 3600 because of its outstanding print quality and its efficiency in handling short-run production. As the first company to install this machine in the Saharanpur belt, we gain a competitive advantage that will support our business growth by offering specialised print enhancement capabilities that were not previously available in the region,” he said.

He added that based on current production volumes and business strategy, the company anticipates recovering its investment within one and a half to two years, a timeline that reflects confidence in the demand for premium print enhancement services in the region.
