Mohawk has expanded its Digital Collection with the addition of papers optimised for sheetfed
inkjet presses, broadening its portfolio for today’s multi-platform digital printing
environment. Designed to support Inkjet, Dry Toner and HP Indigo technologies, the
enhanced range enables print service providers to produce premium-quality applications
across virtually every digital workflow while meeting growing demands for shorter turnaround
times, personalisation and consistent print quality.
The Mohawk Digital Collection includes renowned paper grades such as Superfine, Carnival,
Via, Loop, Options, Renewal, Mosaic, Mohawk Color Copy and Everyday Digital, offering a broad selection of colours, seven distinctive finishes and a wide range of writing, text, cover
and folding carton weights. Several grades are compatible with inkjet production, while
Mohawk Color Copy is designed specifically for dry toner applications.
To simplify paper specification, Mohawk has also introduced enhanced online search filters
for Inkjet and i-Tone papers, an updated Digital Collection product sheet and a
comprehensive swatchbook featuring printed samples, technical specifications and
application guidance. The company says these resources will help designers, print buyers
and production professionals identify the ideal paper for each project more efficiently.
The collection also incorporates Digital i-Tone technology, a proprietary surface treatment
engineered to deliver superior toner adhesion, consistent image quality and improved
durability across digital colour production presses. Mohawk states that the expanded
portfolio reflects the industry’s growing need for versatile, premium substrates capable of
supporting advanced digital printing applications and value-added finishing. |
