INDOPLAS, INDOPACK and INDOPRINT moves to 2022

Messe Düsseldorf Asia and joint organiser Wahana Kemalaniaga Makmur, PT (WAKENI), have made the decision to move the upcoming edition of INDOPLAS, INDOPACK, and INDOPRINT, originally planned for 13-16 October 2021has been moved to 31 August-3 September 2022.

Indonesia’s all-in-one exhibition focuses on innovative technologies and solutions from the co-related plastics, packaging and printing sectors.

Gernot Ringling, Managing Director, Messe Düsseldorf Asia, explains “With the recent escalation of COVID-19 caseloads in Indonesia and in the Southeast Asian region, in addition to the ongoing travel restrictions and various quarantine requirements, this has made it extremely challenging for many of our international exhibitors and visitors to responsibly plan their participation at INDOPLAS, INDOPACK and INDOPRINT scheduled to happen in just about two months’ time”.

“The latest developments and mounting uncertainties have greatly impacted expectations and with such strong international participation, we felt the decision could not be delayed. In order to deliver the benefits of an international trade fair, we are therefore looking ahead to 2022 with more confidence” he added.

Rini Sumardi, Director, Wahana Kemalaniaga Makmur, PT (WAKENI), said,“For better planning security, we will look ahead to next year. We would like to thank all the exhibitors who have supported us and remained optimistic alongside us so far. We are heartened by the continued encouragement and we are committed to turn this into motivation to drive greater success for INDOPLAS, INDOPACK and INDOPRINT 2022 – with many new features for exhibitors and trade visitors wanting to experience and discuss innovations in the co-related industries.”
