Minosha India Ltd., the authorised distributor of Ricoh in India, celebrated the opening of its
inaugural Minosha Customer Experience Centre (CEC) at New Delhi. This center acts as a
central hub where customers can delve into comprehensive insights about the company's
products and actively participate in real-time testing of diverse applications they plan to
explore with the new offerings.
The inauguration coincided with the launch of Ricoh’s new digital presses, the Ricoh Pro
C9500 and Ricoh Pro C7500, which have been installed at the Center.
The Customer Experience Centre boasts a cutting-edge design and is furnished with all
essential amenities, enabling visitors to immerse themselves in a complete and hands-on
exploration of the machines' features.

The RICOH Pro C9500 and RICOH Pro C7500 go beyond being mere presses; they stand

Dnyanesh Mahajan, National Head of the Direct Channel and National Business Head of
Production Printing at Minosha India, extended an invitation to the digital printing industry, to
visit their Customer Experience Center (CEC) and explore the potential of digital printing
technology through Ricoh machines. The center operates freely, welcoming visitors from 9
am to 6 pm. They can bring in their digital files and try out the quality of print and efficiency
of the presses installed. While the center provides a wide array of substrates, individuals are
welcome to bring their special substrates without any restrictions. The newly introduced print
production engines can effortlessly handle substrates ranging from 40 to more than 400
gsm, making them suitable for commercial, packaging, and label printers alike.
Minosha has plans to open more such Centers in different parts of India.
