Launched in December 2021, the Revoria Press PC 1120 is a High Speed Digital Color Production Printing Machine catering to the high end of the professional printing market. It prints at a high speed of 120 pages per minute while achieving high definition, high resolution prints of 2,400 dpi.

With 6 stations, it is capable of printing metallic colours like Gold, Silver with combinations in overlays and underlays that give a variety of shades of metallic, which are useful in decoration and improving print aesthetics in Label and Packaging industry.

The PC1120 delivers a number of possibilities to enhance and embellish print with six imaging stations that offer the flexibility to add gold, silver, white, clear or pink output to the mix. These enhancements can be added before or after the standard CMYK print process.

The press can combine multiple effects and enhancements on press in a single pass.

The ability to print high opacity white is essential for window clings, labels and stickers on transparent media with many possibilities to print on darker paper and board.

Skin tones of any hue are smoother with noticeably with reduced grain when you add pink toner to the mix. Fujifilm’s AI technology automatically enhances a photograph based on its existing condition, such as the image being too dark or too bright, backlight exposure, correction of skin tones, and bringing out the hues in blue skies. It also manages the balance between cyan and pink to give perfect results. Pink also adds a wider range of printable colours, increasing the gamut in purple, orange and yellow shades.

Precision toner for clarity and definition.

The Super EA-Eco toner also has one smallest toner particle size with the possibility to reproduce small characters and thin lines more sharply, render halftones and gradients with less graininess and reproduce dot shapes more faithfully delivering superior print quality.

Fujifilm’s Revoria Press PC1120 is fully certified to print using the Color-Logic system for metallic colors and embellishments, whether using silver ink with CMYK on paper; or white ink with CMYK on metallic stock.

Digital packaging opens new opportunities for customers to offer value added services like the ability to reduce costs related to warehousing, storage and disposal of obsolete cartons, opportunity to produce the entire print campaign and ability to support seasonally-focused marketing campaigns. It also helps to use variable data content such as personalization or versioning for localization on the printing package.

The press can print on a variety of media from 52 gsm to 400 gsm like clear transparent media, Label stock, PET, PVC, Metallic substrates, Textured media and many more thus allowing to do applications like Tag printing, Prototype for test marketing and new customer acquisition, Package proofing and Personalised packaging.

The acceptance of heavy stocks/paperboard(400 gsm) and a larger sheet size (13’’ x 47.2’’) on the Revoria helps to create new, fast growing opportunities in short-run digital Folding Carton packaging.

The Revoria Press PC1120 can be configured with a unique combination of feeding options, including a new air-suction feeder that is also available for feeding banner sheets upto 1.2mtrs. A range of folding, trimming and booklet making options are now supplemented by a new static eliminator, essential for handling films and other synthetic media. With such a comprehensive range of options, the Revoria Press PC1120 can be configured with just the right options for a specific project or expanded to take on whatever type of job comes next.

The 1.2mtrs print capability extends the ability to offer flags and banners, vertical calendars, book covers and wraps, packaging slip covers and more creative gatefold, 2-fold and concertina fold products.
